Once in a while I'll mention something that you may find useful in your pursuit of excellence with a handgun. Now I like kydex as much as the next guy and especially for my "plastic" pistols. But when it comes to a 1911 I tend to favor nice leather. I'm also a big fan of less is good and so I like Yaqui slide holsters also.
